ACHIEVEMENTS
Understanding Mental Health First Aid & Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace
NCFE Cache Level 2 Certificate
I completed a three month course in Understanding Mental Health & Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace and I am super proud of myself! I wanted to do it as Mental Health is something I feel very strongly about and I wanted to have the chance to give real support and advice to anyone who needs it, whether that's friends, family or work colleagues. I am currently looking at doing a full Mental Health First Aider course next year.
